Larabars - PB&J and Pnutbutter Cookie both contain salt which is iodized and ppl have reacted to them .... check labels for salt on all bars. Most have tried cashew and were happy with it. Another poster said she talked to customer service and they said the Cookie bar is non-iodized. Either way, PB&J is probably not okay due to iodized salt.
